TERMS & CONDITION

1. One time entry per person.
2. Entry begins August 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59pm EST on Friday, September 3, 2010.
3. Giveaway scheduled for Saturday September 4, 2010. You do not have to be present to win.
4. To enter: Head over to www.miggsmusic.com/TVPromo and enter by completely filling out the entry form. All entries must be received by 1:59pm EST on September 3, 2010 ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Miggsband, LLC and any subsidiaries shall not be responsible for misdirected entries,
human error, hardware or software malfunctions, or network failures of any other kind, which could restrict entry. MIGGSBAND, LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the giveaway due to computer virus or to any reason of a technical, creative or other nature in MIGGSBAND, LLC's sole discretion, and to select winners by random drawing of all eligible entries received prior to such occurrence. All entries become property of MIGGSBAND, LLC and will not be returned or acknowledged. No purchase necessary.
5. The winner will be chosen on the basis of a random drawing of all eligible entries administered by MIGGSBAND, LLC. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
6. Employees and/or members of immediate families or households, of Rock Ridge Music, MIGGSBAND, LLC are not eligible. By participating in this giveaway, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
7. Winner will be contacted via telephone or e-mail. Upon notification, winner must respond via telephone or e-mail to confirm identity and eligibility within three (3) working days. If winner is unreachable, or if there is no response from any winner, an alternate winner will be chosen. The alternate winner will be randomly chosen from remaining eligible
entries. If there is a dispute as to the owner of the e-mail address, it will be deemed submitted by the e-mail account holder per the records of the e-mail service provider.

9. MIGGSBAND, LLC make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the winner will receive their prize. However, there may be factors beyond MIGGSBAND, LLC's control that may render this impracticable and MIGGSBAND LLC disclaims any responsibility in this regard.Arrangements for the fulfillment of the prizes will be made by MIGGSBAND, LLC.
10. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR ANY BEHAVIOR ON THE WINNER OR GUESTS PART THAT WILL BRING SUCH WINNER OR MIGGSBAND, LLC INTO DISREPUTE (IN MIGGSBAND, LLC'S SOLE DISCRETION) MAY RESULT IN SUCH WINNER DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
11. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees that MIGGSBAND, LLC any and all sponsors, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and their advertising agencies shall have no liability in connection with acceptance, receipt, ownership or use of the prizes awarded herein or while or in connection with preparing for, participating and/or traveling to any prize related activity.
12. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by MIGGSBAND, LLC are final. MIGGSBAND, LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MIGGSBAND, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE FLORIDA COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF ANY OF THE CONTROVERSY REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY CONFLICT OF LAWS OR PRINCIPLES, EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL EXCLUSIVE OBJECTIONS TO
JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
